Treatment directly into the lungs via nebulization is a treatment meant for very serious conditions, such as asthsma, COPD, or cancer, not for everyday administration of magnesium, iodine, sodium bicarbonate and peroxide. Side effects can occur more easily with nebulization and include:

- Increase in pulse by 20 beats per minute
- Palpitations (noticeable heart beat)
- Dizziness
- Shakiness
- Nausea
- Chest pain
- Uncontrollable coughing

Nebulization should be stopped immediately if any of these occur.

Dosages of the substance used should be determined by your health care worker, and is dependent on what is being treated, your weight, age etc.

Please don’t think this is meant for the everyday administration of magnesium, sodium bicarbonate, iodine or glutathione in otherwise healthy people.

The bronchial and lung tissues are very specialized and sensitive organs, and very susceptible to damage from long term irritation. Its very prudent to be very selective about which conditions are treated in this manner, and to work under the supervision of your qualified health care provider.

Nebulizers sound like the ideal delivery mechanism for many people for the Big 4: Magnesium, peroxide, bicarb and iodine.

Would you kindly give a layman’s formula for the solutions involved in preparing bicarb and iodine for the nebulizer? You mention starting with “3-5 drops of iodine”. In what volume of distilled(?) water should those drops be mixed?

And for the bicarb, is a “soupspoon” equivalent to a Tablespoon? In other terms how many T’s or tsp’s of Bicarb get added to how much water (again, distilled?)?

Can the Glutathione solution be mixed at home? Where is liquid glutathione available, and what is the mixing formula?

The directions for mag oil are quite clear – 3.5 tsp oil added to 100 ml of distilled water.

For nascent iodine, it only states how many drops. Is this also to be mixed with 100 ml of distilled water ?

What should one try for hydrogen peroxide ?

I have just stated gargling with Mag Chlor in an attempt to

increase the tone of the skin that vibrates and makes the snoring noise (about 2/7 ago)

I am wondering if nebulised Mag Chlor would work better?

Any thoughts?

Thank you for this interesting and important information. It makes soooo much sense.
You have pointed us to the nebulizer info but need info on the liquid product…..like which
peroxide is safe to use…etc…. and where do we order the glutatione, iodine etc.
