nebulizing hydrogen peroxide should be considered with great caution and done under a doctors supervision. It must be properly diluted.

The definition of isotonic from Biology online : ” Pertaining to a solution that has the same tonicity as some other solution with which it is compared. For example, blood serum is isotonic to a physiologic salt solution. Solutions that have same tonicity will result in no net flow of water across the cell membrane.”
An isotonic solution has the same salt concentration as the cells of the body or blood. as opposed to hypertonic, more salt concentration than the body or blood cells or hypotonic , which indicates less than the same concentration of salt than the body or blood cells. In some instances with sensitive people, a concentration of magnesium chloride that is too high may cause irritation and bronchoconstriction . Try diluting it further. Most irritations are brief episodes of some coughing. Always stop use if irritation continues.
