Very informative article. I have written a number of articles on the topic and it is mind-blowing just how effective this can be. I also was not aware of the effects of the gastric juices on the ingested form of magnesium nor was I aware of the laxative effect of magnesium. Thanks a ton for sharing.

Dear Gerardo,

Dr. Sircus only recommends using the Ancient Minerals magnesium chloride flakes for making your own oil. With the manufactured magnesium chloride you run the risk of heavy metal contamination.

I have magnesium chloride in POWDER, is it possible to make “magnesium oil” from it, or to use it as a foot bath the way magnesium chloride FLAKES is used? Where the powder form comes anyway? Do they grind the flakes?

Please let me know where your transdermal magnesium comes from. If it is made from ocean water, I am concerned about a potential undesirable amount of mercury and other toxins that come with it.
